Accessibility
Unfortunately, we are not currently wheelchair accessible. While we always aim to make everyone feel welcome, access may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. If you have specific accessibility needs, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can advise on the best possible arrangements.
Children & Young Persons Policy
Children & young persons are permitted to the ground floor and basement floor only. They must be accompnaied by an adult and in the venue for the purpose of having a meal (the exception being when attending an under 18s disco). Must vacate the premises by 9.45pm.
Do you take reservation in your outdoor area?
Yes! We’re happy to take reservations for our outdoor seating area so you can enjoy your drinks or meal in the fresh air.
Do you have parking available?
We don’t have on-site parking, but the nearest secure parking option is Q-Park Sauchiehall Street, just a short walk from the venue. Q-Park offers 24/7 access and well-lit facilities, making it a convenient choice if you’re driving.
Lost Property
If you’ve misplaced something during your visit, please email us at info@manukaglasgow.co.uk with a description of the item and the date of your visit. We’ll check our lost property and get back to you as soon as possible.
Please help us by arriving on time and letting a member of the team know as soon as you arrive. We can only hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes from the start time of your booking.
All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable payments. These deposits are redeemable against your final bill. Please speak to your host or server on arrival for the best way to do this.
Should you need to cancel, please cancel via the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email and our group terms & conditions will apply.
We do not guarantee any specific areas/tables, however we do our best to accommodate your preferred area/table requests and the management reserves the right to reallocate areas subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to any members of your party whom we deem to be intoxicated. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, please ensure ID is available if requested.
